My own journey
At a young age, I was introduced to holistic health practices that grew into a lifelong passion for the healing arts and the mind-body-spirit connection. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement), and before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade working as a wellness retreat coordinator and yoga instructor. Looking back, I see how my understanding of healing as both art and science naturally led me into the field of counseling.
I completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, with an emphasis in professional clinical counseling, marriage and family therapy, and depth psychology. Through my education, training, and my own personal journey, I've come to understand the complexities of being human—and to deeply respect the healing potential of self-exploration. It's an honor to walk alongside you.
